WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
At linsonknit, we work hard to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible. Before placing your order, please make sure you have selected the correct size, color, and product, as changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered our processing system.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Once processing is complete, orders are shipped on the following business day.
Estimated delivery time is generally 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in the United States. During holidays, peak seasons, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer than usual.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link, allowing you to follow your package throughout delivery.
Shipping charges are calculated according to the total package weight and the shipping destination.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their local authorities.
ORDER TRACKING
Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment status and providing any documents requested by customs or the shipping carrier.
If a shipment is returned to the sender or cannot be delivered because the recipient fails to respond to the courier, submit required documentation, or arrange delivery, linsonknit cannot provide complimentary replacements or refunds. In these situations, a new order may be required.
DELIVERY
Customs authorities in your country may require additional documentation or inspection before releasing your shipment, which could result in delivery delays beyond our estimated shipping timeframe.
Packages are delivered either by your local postal service or a designated courier partner. If no one is available to receive the package, a delivery notice may be left with instructions for collection or redelivery.
TAXES & DUTIES
Import duties, customs fees, VAT, and other related charges may apply once your package arrives in your destination country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
linsonknit does not collect or pay these fees on behalf of customers.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered from linsonknit comply with their country's import laws and postal regulations.
We cannot be held responsible for packages refused, delayed, or confiscated by customs due to local restrictions or prohibited items.
FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES
If your payment card uses a currency other than U.S. Dollars (USD), your financial institution may apply its own exchange rate and foreign transaction fees.
These fees are determined solely by your bank or card issuer. linsonknit is not responsible for any currency conversion differences or additional banking charges.
Although product prices may be displayed in your local currency, all orders are processed and charged in USD through our secure payment provider during checkout.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated once processing has begun.
Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
